Over-heated, anxiety, blushing, high blood pressure, anger etc... Probably nothing serious, I would guess just simple over heating.
You're going to die.
Really, though, it's probably just something that happens you you.
Maybe others, too.
Might just be your blood rushing to your skin to release the heat, which can cause a cooling affect.
