Yes. Unless you're using a really heavy extra coverage foundation...and still I don't know if that would hide it for sure. I've had a couple Jager nights where my cheeks ended up nice and rosy after a few shots. But if you're wanting something to cover up your face from blushing out of embarassment, I don't know if foundation will be able to cover it. And I don't think you want to cake that much makeup on your face anyways.
