I know it may seem simple but I SUCK at putting blusher on my own cheeks, When I go out clubbing or something I put it on the sides of my cheeks to look more defined and more dramatic but for everyday or just general events I tend to go for a light sweep on the apples of my cheeks (I think that's what they're called - when you smile the round bits that raise?) But I just wanted to know where to apply it for a fresh, glowy yet natural look? Thanks in advance guys! ^_^ xWhere's the best place to apply blush to an oval-ish shaped face? (Be very specific!)?
In order to find out where you naturally blush, hang your head upside-down for 30 seconds then look in the mirror. Wherever your face is flushed pink, that's where you should apply blush. Good luck!Where's the best place to apply blush to an oval-ish shaped face? (Be very specific!)?
Use a big soft round brush to apply a powder blush to the apples of your cheeks, then sweep the brush back towards the hairline following your natural cheekbone line. If you really want to glow, add a little gold powder in with your blush, or use a liquid bronzer in a gold tone before applying your blush, and apply it lightly to the temples, the cheekbones, the chin, and just a dab on the nose.

What's the best blush to use for contouring the face?
So yesterday I was at MAC having a look at some of the blushes and I asked the MA for some help with finding a blush for contouring cheek bones and the nose and she recommended this blush called ';Harmony'; it's a sheertone, I think. So I tried it on and I could hardly even see it on my face, let alone accentuating my cheek bones :S
Anyways, what's a good blush that you would recommend for contouring? %26lt;3 I'm an NC20 BTW.
PS. I'm not American so I can't buy MAC Pro products like the sculpt and shape duo :( so please try not to include those. What's the best blush to use for contouring the face?
you don't need a blush..you can also buy a powder a shade darker than your skin. even one lighter than your skin tone too...that's all sculpt %26amp; shape really is. i recommend a pressed powder with a contouring brush. u can try mineralize skin finish or something like that.

Serious answer. Your blood vessels enlarge and respond to minor anxiety, with increase in blood pressure. Have your BP checked. Try to build confidence and not think about it. Use a litttle light makeup, and don't get too warm either, keep cool!My face always blushes!! what are some things that i can do to overcome it?

K, i have big checks ( on my face! stop lol) how should i put blush or something to make them look better?
to me i feel like there long and big...how can i make them look nice with make up or any other beauty tip.
im big on bronze i use that.don't know if that helps or makes it worstK, i have big checks ( on my face! stop lol) how should i put blush or something to make them look better?
Buy a contour palette (the best one they have is available on www.coastalscents.com, go to the ';finished palettes'; link and you should be able to find it.
If you want to know how to apply it properly
go to youtube and type in ';xsparknage';
or something close to that and sift through her videos and she shows you how to do it using the same palette...i would give you a direct link to both sites but I am at school and they block everything!K, i have big checks ( on my face! stop lol) how should i put blush or something to make them look better?
Apply light Bronzer to your cheeks and darker around the bottom dont like an actual line just brush over the bottoms of your cheeks with the bronzer one more time then you do the rest of the cheek this will make like a shadow effect try it to see if it works for you before you wear it for a day out Good Luck i hope this helped.

I want a job, but my face turns beat red, I blush constantly!?
I need a job, I'm thinking of applying at Petco or Toys 'R' Us, the only problem is that my face turns bright red. I'm not talking oh I blush a lot, I mean every day, almost every second of every day. When people talk to me it turns red, whenever I go up to buy something it turns red, how am I supposed to get a job, especially at an interview? I'm wondering if you know of any herbal remedies, or even pills I can take. I'm defintely not getting the surgery and please don't tell me not to think about it. I've tried that. I don't want to go to therapy I'd just like to know of any pills of herbal solutions? Thanks.I want a job, but my face turns beat red, I blush constantly!?
Back in the day I used to manage a couple of places. Hiring non red faced people was not a requirement.
If you have the right attitude, you can contribute to the company, and don't lie in your interview, than you have nothing to be concerned about.
Just go apply. I want a job, but my face turns beat red, I blush constantly!?
The more you are open about this problem to others, the less intense it will become, and the less frequently it will happen. In fact, if you have some good friends, get them to try to make you blush intentionally in safe situations. When they laugh at you, laugh with them, and make fun of a situation you can't do anything about quickly. Also, the more you learn about life and people and all their foibles, the better. In time, the blushing should become minimal.
the same thing happens to me, thats whats keeping me from the getting a job:/
oh my god, i hate buying things
as soon as its my turn in line i start to turn red..
like beet red ah its sad
I've got the same problem, it's very serious and can be debilitating. BUT. The more you dwell on it the worse it gets. What I do is walk into an interview knowing I'm going red but thinking ';Yeah, so what';. I reckon the interviewer notices for a second but really has more important things to think about. After awhile the red dies down as we get further into the interview.
You could try a calming herb like valerian but otherwise just accept it, move on. I know it's hard and embarrassing, but don't let it ruin your life. I sometimes make a joke of it now ';So what colour am I now? Fire engine red, or Barbie Pink?';. You'll be fine.

Why when I look up, my face feels as if im blushing?
Not all the time, but when I look up, my face feels warmer and as if im blushing. Any explanations? Why when I look up, my face feels as if im blushing?
Maybe you look down too much and your face doesn't get enough light. Then when you look up, it feels all warm because of the light exposure. Just a guess.

Blushing, Red Face - HELP, what can I do?
In the last couple of years I have noticed my face has a tendancy to get red of small things. Since I noticed this it has gotten worse - I think about it too much! At my old job I had finally gotten it under control, I'm not sure how but it just stopped happening. Now, I have a new job. Someone pointed out my face gets red really easy, especially when I get upset, etc. Hey, my face is blushing right now just by thinking about it! And no one is in the room with me?
Anyone have any suggestions to help me? It is very embarassing and seems to just be getting worse. ARGG!Blushing, Red Face - HELP, what can I do?
baby u just need to more confident about your self , and if you still blush , it's okay cuz i luv the lady who blush i think she is so sensitive and kind ,i just love it in women
BTW i think some women put some red on their cheeks as a makeup that's cuz they can't blush normally like you :)Blushing, Red Face - HELP, what can I do?
did u ever figure it out? i have the same problem Report Abuse
I suggest you see a dermatologist - it might be a condition known as rosacea.
You have a condition called Rosacea. You need to see a doctor, not necessarily a dermatologist. The doctor will probably prescribe metrogel and doxycycline. You need to get it under control because it can progress to rhinophyma (a bulbous W. C. Field's nose).
You need to be very careful in how you take care of your skin. AM - rinse with lukewarm water, no scrubbing. Use a nonoily SPF 30 or greater everyday (Neutrogena makes a Drytouch SPF30). At night, use Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser (Wal-Mart has the Equate brand of it) or other gentle cleanser. Never use soap on your face. Use a light moisturizer if needed (such as Lubriderm which is water-based). Stay away from overly hot or cold drinks, spicy foods, alcohol, and caffeine. Keep water at your desk and sip often.
First, make sure you do not have hypertension (high blood pressure).
If it is emotional stress, then you could work on that with therapy. If therapy doesn't work, a low dose Prozac might.
Some doctors recommend a surgical cure, if nothing else works.

Will it cause pimples if i wear blush on everyday?i do wash my face at nite!?
No. But it's good that you wash off at night, so you can get off the chemicals (which can cause pimples) in the blush. So if you do that every night, your in perfect condition! Will it cause pimples if i wear blush on everyday?i do wash my face at nite!?
It shouldn't, as long as you keep your brush clean!! Wash it with soap and water to get rid of all the oil that collects in the brush. Otherwise, it would be like rubbing grease and bacteria all over your cheeks... yuck :)Will it cause pimples if i wear blush on everyday?i do wash my face at nite!?
dont do it everyday ..and have a good regime..
it can, it depends on your skin
I totally agree with Sunrise.
its shouldnt
Anything you put on your face that blocks pores, will prompt a breakout. If you are unhappy w/ the texture of your skin, perhaps its a good idea to try toner-soaked cotton pads. Use them once a day to clean your skin and remove contaminants from the pores. It also helps to drink lots of water and eat a balanced diet. Raw foods like spinach and fruit are excellent for your skin, and may promote a radiance such that you will not need blush.
It shouldn't. Just make sure you keep your brushes clean and don't share your makeup.
as long as you are washing everynite and treating your skin right you should be ok. you also want to change your blush brush once a month or wash the one you have to rid it of oils and dirt that can clog your pores. hope this helps!
well i depends if you have oily skin or not but it shouldnt just keep washing your face at night i wash my face when i get up and when i lay down
you not only need to wash face with cleanser at night but to also tone. What causes breakouts are the oil on your face. When pores are not closed oil surfaces and collects dirt and makeup buildup then clogs your pores and causes you to breakout. So toning is what closes your pores and then because you washed all the natural oils and wipe it away you need to do another important step which is to moisturize even at night. When your sleeping that's when your pores are open and oil comes out. So minimize your pores. It also depends on what blush you are using. make sure that is for oily skin type and make sure to wash your blush brush so bacteria don't grow in it and that is another thing that causes you to breakout.

What is the best blush that doesn't smear or streak on ur face?
Nars Orgasm blush is good for all skintones and doesn't look garish. It is a #1 seller at sephora.
Powder formulas can be good with a light, fluffy blush brush.
Cream and liquid formulas can look streaky if not properly applied- rub it in.
Pick a color that matches your skin when you flush naturally. You may be using a color that is not right for your skintone. What is the best blush that doesn't smear or streak on ur face?
get a powder blush that is not a subtle colour. anddont apply to much, if you do brush it in a bit with the brush. If you are after a liquid, avon liquid blush is great!!What is the best blush that doesn't smear or streak on ur face?
Origins makes a great powder blush with a hint of glitter that really makes your cheeks look alive
Mary Kay
Laura Geller cream blush or face frosting blush(my favorite color is raspberry truffle)...this blush is easy to apply, it stays on good and it doesn't streak...good luck!!
TRY AVON OR MARY-KAY
This is one of my beauty secrets that I learned from another girl off yahoo answers...
You take pink or red loose powder.. and put a tiny bit on a clean surface, depending on tone, you can maybe mix in a little brown... and then you mix that with powder foundation until you get the desired color you want.
smile really big and take a powder brush and dab the apples of your cheeks. you want it to look just a tiny bit pinker... you don't want to end up looking like a clown!
the best blush is when you get shamed out that never smears or streak..but try thin lizzys
that dream matte stuff is good
Apply bronzer to your cheeks, that makes you look nice and wont smear.

What's the best way i can get my woman to blush? i like making her face turn red any chance i get.?
i'm always saying nice things to her. i do this because i like her. this is my special way of bonding, and having all the fun with her as much as i can. i was thinking of asking if she ever thinks of me, (day dreaming wise...).... or maybe she dreams about me when she sleeps and doesn't tell me.... just what should i do to get her face blushing-red?.....What's the best way i can get my woman to blush? i like making her face turn red any chance i get.?
blushing? that's sort of odd. to makeher blush, break out in song in public. serenade her. she'll blush right before she walks away and leaves you. good luck with that. What's the best way i can get my woman to blush? i like making her face turn red any chance i get.?
Why ask? You already know. The question is how does she feel about it. Are you sure she enjoys it or are you just a jerk?
Make her laugh..that always works for me!
its easy, just eat her pussy good and make her *** on ur face then look in her eyes. u will notice
i don't know my bf does nothing to make me do it.
embarres her big time but DO NOT do something that she will never look at you again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
blow in her ear or whisper in her ear.
shake your dick out when you are in the middle of a cinema, so everyone can see you
Tell her to call me .... I'll make her blush big time for ya :D
Do something stupid, then she may feel embarrassed for you.
First you need to take her to a public place.
Then do something uncomfortable spontaneous!
Like take off her shoes in the park and attempt to suck her toes. Or tell her you are going to whip it out!
Let me know how red she gets!
SOUNDS GEEKY! U R DESPERATE!! WHY MAKE HER RED? SOUNDS CHEESY TOO ME,IF I WERE U GIRL AND READ THIS I'D BE READ,DIE OF THE STUPID ? UR ASKING!!
pull out your little weener that should do it
WHISPER OR BLOW IN HER EAR LOL
Jst embarrass her in public, or even worse in front of her parents
fart in public
whip out your little dick although they may laugh more than blush
just compliment her on how she look every day
i don't know i not her
cheat on her, HA!
it depends on the type of girl she is, if you really knew her then you wouldn't be asking the question...maybe that's a sign which tells you you need to ask her more questions and really get to know her.
OPEN HER MAKE UP KIT AND BRUSH ON SOME BLUSHER ON HER CHEEKS.... THAT SHOULD DO IT! smile
A woman blushes becaue she is happy, in love, or upset. Her boyfriend should make her feel all three of these feelings. Don't lie to her. Tell her exactly what is in your heart. Tell her as soon as it pops into your head. Catch her off guard and you'll catch her heart.
tell her that you would like to talk to her privately somewhere where no one would be able to see you guys then just give her a big smooch on the lips!!
Not sure I understand your infatuation with making her blush, but chances are she blushes because she is uncomfortable. Be careful how often you make her blush - she may start to see you as a psycho.computer virus

Why do I blush all over my face over littlest things?
So whenever im in one of my classes, teachers have a way to call on us with random cards or popsicle sticks or something.. and whenever MY name gets mentioned, I just go RED.... ALL OVER MY FACE, I HATE IT, it's been happening since 1st grade.. and all the people in my class start giggling and making fun, i REALLY hate having to deal with it.. and then sometimes when im with some of my friends, some random 9th graders come up to me and start making fun because they heard it of their little brothers or sisters (7th) which is the grade im in. anyone else have the exact same problem like me?Why do I blush all over my face over littlest things?
I know exactly what you mean. Whenever a teacher would call on me in class, I'd immediately go red. Same thing happens when I'm talking to someone I don't know very well. I always really hated it too because it wasn't like I actually felt embarrassed or uncomfortable to speak; but no matter what I'd blush like crazy.
I'm naturally shy/quiet, and knowing I'm totally red and feeling the heat on my face doesn't really help things. :-) And I really hate it when people feel the need to inform me that I'm blushing. It's like, is that supposed to make me feel better? Or, Gee thanks, I didn't realize my face was beet red and a thousand degrees %26gt;.%26lt;
I've learned to just ignore it and go on like nothing's up. Or play it off as a joke, like it's no big deal (because really, it isn't). I know it can be really uncomfortable for you, but other people really don't care. Some people even think it's cute. :-) The kids in your class are just immature; ignore them. Why do I blush all over my face over littlest things?
i kind of have this problem except it just happends wit my cheeks it sucks i no but what i do it just put alot of foundation all over my face so it makes me look tan...you should too maybe be a powder foundation by like maybelline and go 2 shades darker then you face color yu dont want to look to fake ....hope i could help nd good luck :)
i know someone who is red on the time, whether hes sad, happy, mad, its hilarous. u cant help it, just learn to be proud of it. i used to be like that, but i learned to relax and not get all nervous whenever they call on me so its fine for the most part now.
no, but do you have a anxiety disorder or something? I think its a symptom?! Try looking into that. Also, I hated those popsicle sticks, I NEVER knew the answer:P

Are their any foundations on the market that stop u from going red in the face(blushing/blemishes)?
its got to be from a chemist- super drug or boots... or something like thatAre their any foundations on the market that stop u from going red in the face(blushing/blemishes)?
there are foundations on the market that are tinted various colors to tone down the colors in your face.
ie, a foundation with tints of green in it will reduce redness.
a foudnation with tints of pink will reduce paleness
a foundation with tints of orange in it will reduce dark circles under your eyes
my cousin uses a foundation with green, she has acne prone skin, and her face is really red. She puts this stuff on, and you wouldn't even know she has bad skin. I think it's made my MAC, but i'm not certain. I don't wear a lot of makeup, it damages my skin. Are their any foundations on the market that stop u from going red in the face(blushing/blemishes)?
not sure about an actual foundation to stop redness, but Clinique carries a new product in their redness solutions line that is excellent. it is the redness protective base and has an spf of 15. the color is green, but you use it as a primer for your foundation, and that takes the redness out of your skin. at only 16.50 for a tube, its very reasonably priced too.
Don't know about foundations, and this doesn't reallly answer your question, but YSL touche eclat is really really good. Expensive, but so worth it, and it lasts forever

Im 15 and i have 2 broken capillaries and i blush very easily and my face burns a lot. could i have rosacea?
It's quite likely. Usually, roseacea doesn't become very noticeable until late 20's-early 40's, but I'm sure you can get tested by a doctor to know right now. I have the same problems, and I suspect I may get roseacea in the chin area later in life (I'm 16) so I'm using Bare Minerals RareMinerals. It's not specially for roseacea, but if you read reviews on Amazon, it seems to work better than some prescribed medications. I buy it on eBay, because otherwise it's too expensive for me.Im 15 and i have 2 broken capillaries and i blush very easily and my face burns a lot. could i have rosacea?
The same thing happened to me and I thought I had rosacea but it turns out that there were some foods like spicy sauces, pineaplle, strawberry and other foods that make my face completely red and hot. Go to a dermatologist. He will check and ask you some symptons of rosacea, that way you will knoe for sure.Im 15 and i have 2 broken capillaries and i blush very easily and my face burns a lot. could i have rosacea?

but watch for girls reactions, and i'd say that was pretty brave of you, complimenting a girl on her appearance when it came to weight!! most people would either talk about how anorexic they looked, the ******-y ones, or complain about how fat they were, the attention-seekers; u got lucky with that girl though lol

girls like compliments. especially when it comes to looking skinny. we beat ourselves up typically so for you to say that boosted her self-esteem. she probably thought you were cute/hot/etc.
Nahhh I'm too used to it!
yes i do. its a great thing, compliments! my biggest turn on haha! %26amp; oh yeah face to face is best. its not really impressive on the phone, and even less on the computer because it seems like the guy isn't being straight up or he's too shy.
totally
Um I would blush yes.
But saying you look skinny is a good thing to say unless you know them well.
But what is your question, do I like when guys compiment me?
DUH!
I blush when chicks get on top of me and let me give them a mustache ride.
No cause Im used to it. Unless it's a guy i thought didn't like me and I really liked them then I get flirty and kinda just act like were the only ones on earth.

What is the correct procedure to apply blush on your face?
I smile first and then put the blush on my cheeks that are formed when I smile. Then I make circle motions on the cheeks. Blend it in well so that you don't look like a clown with high red or pink cheeks. What is the correct procedure to apply blush on your face?
large make-up brush, and apply to the apple of your cheeks, swipe upwards on you cheek bones. What is the correct procedure to apply blush on your face?
depends upon you-usually the light side of the brush
well to apply blush suck your cheeks in a apply to your cheek bones and not to much just enough to see nice suttle color on your cheeks
I like a shade in the ';puckered in'; area, then a lighter (slightly shimmery) shade (use an eye shadow if your blush does not have shimmer) on the apples of the cheek-- where the sun would reflect first. It makes the cheek more three-dimensional.
apply in gentle %26amp; frequent strokes upwards from cheek, chin %26amp; nose.
To give the face more definition try this method: Make a fish-face by puckering your lips together. The dented area on your cheeks right under the cheekbones is where to apply blush, this works best with people with high cheekbones. Take a brush, dab into blush, and starting from the side of the face sweep the brush inwards, this adds definition.
You will get the best result by suck in you cheeks and applying on the area that appears best , do it with a round brush and apply it in circles, I hope you understood me..
Good Luck!!

There are many ways to apply it depending on the look you want to achieve.
* STEP 1: Select a color of blush that resembles the natural glow of your cheeks after you exercise. Consider having a lighter color for day, and a darker tone for a more dramatic evening look. Keep your blush in the same color family as your lipstick.
* STEP 2: Consider the type of blush best suited to your skin type. Cream blush works very well for drier skin, as it can help to keep skin hydrated. Powder blush is better suited to oily skin.
* STEP 3: Complete the application of foundation, powder and all eye makeup before applying blush.
* STEP 4: Use a full, round brush for the application of your powder blush, as it will make for a softer and more professional look than the brush that comes with the blush. This should not be the same brush you use to apply your loose powder.
*
STEP 5: Place a small amount of blush on the brush and gently tap off any excess. Or, place a small amount of cream on your middle finger.
*
STEP 6: Look in the mirror and smile.
*
STEP 7: Place powder blush on the apple of your cheek and gently brush up your cheekbone toward your hairline. Dot cream blush beginning at the apple, and gently blend up the cheekbone toward the hairline.
* STEP 8: Focus your blush at the outside of your face near your hairline if you have a fuller face. For high cheekbones, concentrate blush in the center of your face to accentuate your bones.
* STEP 9: Blend a little blush down your cheek for a little more natural, less dramatic look. What is the correct procedure to apply blush on your face?
Load brush with rouge. Aim at face, and all cheek is good cheek. Reapply if you've missed your nose and forehead. You should end up looking like Bridget Jones in the second movie. A healthy smear of lipstick in the teeth completes the blush.
Start toward the top of your cheekbone, (between your ear and eye), and sweep it down the length of your cheekbone toward your nose/mouth area.
You start at the hair line and bring it down to middle of eye. Then you blend blend blend. So always leave the blush where it belongs on your check. Not your Nose or Chin...LOL

Why does a persons face turn red when they blush? ._.?
When you're embarrassed, your body releases adrenaline. This hormone acts as a natural stimulant and has an array of effects on your body that are all part of the fight-or-flight response. Adrenaline speeds up your breathing and heart rate to prepare you to run from danger. It causes your pupils to grow bigger to allow you to take in as much visual information as possible. It slows down your digestive process so that the energy can be redirected to your muscles. All of these effects account for the jolt you feel when you find yourself embarrassed.
Adrenaline also causes your blood vessels to dilate (called vasodilation), in order to improve blood flow and oxygen delivery. This is the case with blushing. The veins in your face respond to a signal from the chemical transmitter adenylyl cyclase, which tells the veins to allow the adrenaline to do its magic. As a result, the veins in your face dilate, allowing more blood to flow through them than usual, creating the reddened appearance that tells others you're embarrassed. In other words, adrenaline causes more local blood flow in your cheeks. Why does a persons face turn red when they blush? ._.?

YES!!! i blush so much. and so easily. teachers make fun of me for it.
like last year, one of my teachers were staring me down, and then she was laughing and was like, omigosh *name* is blushing soo red!!!!!Poll--Do you blush easily...major red face when you get embarrassed??
sometimes, but it doesn't get too much recognition because I have an uneven skin tone, my friends say that I look yellow, and then the next day the say I have too much of a tan.
Few things make me blush. Like when my dad tries to make me blush by skipping in the mall. Or when my crush says something funny.
Answer Mine?
I do. When I feel as though im in a tight situation or feel just very self conscience I know that the blood flows to me face really fast. Its the worst feeling too. =(
Yes, I blush just thinking about some things. And if anyone notices it just makes it worse.
Miyuki is shy Japanese girl, blush often.
yes i do but sometimes instead of blushing my face goes extremely pale.
my face is already incredibly red to begin with...very strange i know.
and it gets like 30x redder when im embarrassed.

Aww, poor smiley=]
It's okay :) at least some of us don't feel alone
Yes, I have super pale skin and even an ounce of blood that fills my cheeks is as clear as day from fifty feet.
Sometimes. My crush always manages to make me blush like a mad woman.
No, I don't have blushable skin tone, my face gets red hot though and it feels like someone's poking me with needles!

How do you know when a person with rosacea (?) or a pink face all the time is blushing??
there's this person that has a flushed face all the time. Well, it's not totally pink, but how in the world do you tell if this person is blushing!? any signs? How do you know when a person with rosacea (?) or a pink face all the time is blushing??
I rarely see anyone blushing in everyday situations, unless he is extremely upset, or embarrassed. If he is, it should be observable in the body language.
I guess you won't be able to tell when rosacea people are blushing, unless the emotion is very high or they have just returned from blood-pumping exercises. It takes a maddening lot to get flushed. How do you know when a person with rosacea (?) or a pink face all the time is blushing??
Rosacea needs to be diagnosed by a dermatologist or doctor. There is no cure for rosacea, but there are treatments that can keep it from flaring up. Rosacea is not contagious.
they go pinker i spose,,
well you have to learn to look for other signs of embarrassment ie twithching/fidgeting, nervous laughing etc etc
it sounds like rosacea
the same way you will see a black person blush....

GIRLS: Is it noticeable if a guy uses blush on his face?
im 17 and not fat but my face kinda is. i heard other than exercising and eating and drinking right, u can use blush on ur cheekbones to make ur face look thinner.
so i am thinkinh of using it since its in my sisters room BUT IT CANT BE NOTICEABLE AT ALL.i dont wanna get called out for it at school or parties or anything!!!!
im just wondering like if i put a LITTLE bit on my cheekbones i guess will it make my face look thinner and be noticeable at all??
please help!
thxGIRLS: Is it noticeable if a guy uses blush on his face?
A little wont be noticeable, as long as you don't pile it on. It could be a bit obvious if your cheeks are slightly blushed one day and not the next. Just don't over apply it. Also, applying blush to the apples of your cheeks (The fat parts) will just make your face appear rounder. Instead, apply it in a motion that goes from your cheek to the middle of your ear. Or, suck your cheeks in (Fishy face) and apply the blush starting at the indent and going to the middle of your ear. It's not going to make your face tremendously thinner and you probably wont even notice if it does.

No, it's not blush that makes your cheekbones thinner, LOL. (:
It's called ';bronzer';
Bronzer makes your skin more tan.
It's also used as something called ';contour';
Contour defines/shapes your cheekbones.
Haha, yes. The girly lesson of the day! :)
Anyhow. 5 Simple tasks:
1. Find bronzer.
2. Find a makeup brush, or a sponge.
3. Suck in your cheeks like your a fish.
4. In the hollow of your cheek (space where it goes cause you suck in your cheek) put bronzer on diagnally.
5. If you need help, go on www.youtube.com and search ';how to contour your cheeks';
Note: Make sure its a sweeping motion, dont put too much.
Hope these instructions aren't too girly for you (;
Good luck. :D
PS: If you put on blush , people will probably notice. And it won't help much, lol.
But good luck. (:
And its okay, even if people do ';accuse you'; you dont have any legitimate reason to have blush on, so you can just make up a good lie. :D
Confidence, is the key!
The thinning trick using blush is called contouring and it's pretty noticeable, even on women and even when done perfectly. Its only real application is for stage makeup and photos with heavy lighting.
Just don't worry about it, I'm sure you're the only one who thinks your face looks fat -- we are our worst critics, after all.
i dont think it will make your face look thinner. lol
but maybe what you should try is powder foundation. try to find some. or buy some when no one is around. in a light color. dont try the blush because you are a d00d and so you dont really know how to do makeup so if you do end up putting on a noticeable amount...then that would be a bad thing. so... if you do anything try the powder stuff. but you probably look fine just as you are. so dont worry about it. =D
just make sure it doesnt come off in water (even if you arent near water you could sweat and it might come off) and you blend it in well or otherwise you can probablu see the line. try it at home 1st
It is not a very good idea. Guys wore blush in the 1980's and it did not look natural.
that would be kind of weird, especially if you got caught using it.
Drink More Water:
You can slim your face by drinking more water. Your fat or puffy looking face may be caused by bloating. If the body does not get enough water, it will retain water. As a bonus, you will be less hungry and that will aid in weight loss.
A healthy diet with adequate water and exercise
Repeat the following exercises - hold your head back, open and close your mouth
Assuming the plumpness is the result of fat deposits and not from some medical problem, one must lose weight from the body as a whole. So far, there is no evidence that fat can be removed from only speciifc areas of the body.
once u trim down the body..the face will come with time.
Fat face and double chin means excessive fat.control over food and exercise is the solution to your problem

What is the correct procedure to apply blush on your face?
apply right on he apples of our cheaksWhat is the correct procedure to apply blush on your face?
apply it on the apples of your cheeks,
You can do that by either smiling really big and applying the blush on the part that puffs out.
By the way, when you get the blush powder on the brush, make sure to shake the brush in the air once time to get the excess powder off.
:]What is the correct procedure to apply blush on your face?
start at the outter apple of your cheek bone(kind of right below the outter corner of your eye) then brush back and slightly angled up towards your hairline...in time you will get experienced and find what works best fou you and you will find your own techniques...some say to tyr sucking in your cheekcs like you're making a fish face and that will help define your cheeck bones to make the application even more simpler.
You would apply it in circular motions on the apple of your cheek, going back towards your hairline. also your faceshape greatly determines the placement of blush
To give the face more definition try this method: Make a fish-face by puckering your lips together. The dented area on your cheeks right under the cheekbones is where to apply blush, this works best with people with high cheekbones. Take a brush, dab into blush, and starting from the side of the face sweep the brush inwards, this adds definition.
put ur cheecks like a fish and only the bone that is sticking out u buch blush on and u can but a little of bronzer all over ur face and NECK.. dont ever forget that whatever fondation u put on ur face u must do as well on ur neck because then u look wacko
Apply to the apples of your cheeks. Just smile and apply on the area where your cheeks bunch together.
look at your face an take your fingers an go from your hair line at the temple area an follow your cheek bone down.to the middle of your eye. That is where you apply your blush you can use a lighter color there then a shade darker under the bone to make your cheeks looks thinner
smile and apply to the apple of your cheek and along the cheekbone in upward stokes

How can I control my red face, blushing?is something wrong?
It seems that my face gets really red easily , even though I am not embarassed or shy, it just does. Is something wrong with me. Like everytime I go to the bank and talk to bank person my face get really red,or when I am in the store, any public places. I was in court like 3 days ago for 2 hours and my face was red for those two hours which was pretty embarassing. It seems that my face gets red first and when I see it in and feel my face warm I get embarassed because my face is red for no particular reason. Even sometimes when I talk to my relatives or family it gets red. Or whenever I get hot my face turns crazy red, I dont think I ever seen anybody have such a red face when its hot. Is there way I can control it,or what could be wrong? How can I control my red face, blushing?is something wrong?
It might happen for quick endocrinic secretion by the glands inside your body system. You might need some change in your food habits %26amp; control of emotions and check up of hormonal levels with a medical expert.
You definitely will get rid of it, but it will take a little bit of time. Can't you wait till then!
Have patience, don't get blushed again on this prescription.
Good Luck to you.How can I control my red face, blushing?is something wrong?
Sounds like you have rosacea. It just means you blush alot, which seems to be what you're describing. I would see a dermatologist, because there are prescriptions to decrease and eliminate the redness.

How do you know what your face shape is and your skin tone when choosing a makeup/blush color?
look into the mirror . get a non permanent marker. draw the outline of your face on the mirror. thats to determine your face shape. or you could very well ask someone you know you can trust. and to determine your skin tone, pinch your flesh. a spot which isn't exposed to the sun much. and after pinching, you'll notice a change in color. and that color is usually the color that'll help you choose makeup or blush. say its a pinkish tone, its suggested you invest in a pinkish colored blushHow do you know what your face shape is and your skin tone when choosing a makeup/blush color?
well there are four main different head shapes:
square
heart
oval
or round
then there are about for main skin tones:
pink- if you have fair skin(definetly if your a redhead)color of Sienna Millers skin
beige- the color of Rachel Bilsons skin
sultry- color of Lucy Liu's skin ( definetly if your of asian culture)
deep- such as Jennifer Hudsons skin(definetly if your of african culture)
Your head shape doesn't really have to do with your make-up just your hair style and cut. But here are some make-up tips for a natural look.
fair skin- use a taupe(browny-pink) shimmery eyeshadow
use a pink powder blush
and a pink cotton candy color gloss
a light brown liner
beige- use a white shimmery eyeshadow
use a tawny(light brown) color powder blush
a creamy neutral lipstick
use brown eyeliner, the outer part of your eyes
sultry- use a purple pink eyeshadow
use a reddish pink powder blush
a rose colored gloss
purple colored eyeliner apply same as beige
deep- use a silver eyeshadow
dust raisin ( pinky brown purplish)
black mascara%26amp;liner
a mocha colored gloss
you'll look angelic and fresh
P.S if you need to cover up marks or blemishes here is what to do:
use a mouse foundation for your skin tone(cover things up and to smooth skin tone)
then a loose iridescent sunscreen foundation powder( to get a sun kissed look and some spf)
then to finish off a sheer lighter foundation (blend it all together and finish it off)
I just use super natural colors and my mom thinks I look good, she will get like mad if I put on too much of something. Use colors that are in the same family of your skin tone. Above is really a party look or to look special for an occasion. How do you know what your face shape is and your skin tone when choosing a makeup/blush color?

How do you apply blush to a long face to make it look fatter and wider?
apply in a half circle motion beside your noseHow do you apply blush to a long face to make it look fatter and wider?
eat it?How do you apply blush to a long face to make it look fatter and wider?
Smile in the mirror very wide and only apply a little to the ';apples'; of your cheeks..where it bulges when you smile...but really if your face is long then a good haircut is your best friend..a blunt bob is good as it cuts the face in two...ask at your salon.

How do you apply blush to a long face to make it look fatter and wider?
I could use width on my face too. I do several things for that. I have had people describe my face as oval instead of long, but really, it's kind of long, like Liv Tyler.
First, I use blush and appy it while I'm smiling. This pops out your cheekbones. Also, apply a little on your temples, but make sure there is gradiation that fades into your hairlines. Use the excess blush on your brush to add some colour to your t-zone. It's important as well to use a big, fluffy brush, not those ones you get with blush compact.
Next, apply some bronzer, or translucent shimmer powder or lotion, and apply some only on the apples of your cheeks.
Then, apply some foundation, or even eyeshadow that is one shade darker than your skin tone and apply a thin and translucent area into your hairline. Next, apply the same product under your chin and just a tiny bit on the tip of your chin and jawline.
You might also not have the right eyebrows for your face shape. There are sites that tell you how it should be done. For long/oblong faces, most of them say that straight eyebrows with no arch are suitable for this face shape. To be honest, I don't like it because it doesn't look too sophiticated, and I assume anyone who wants to wear make up should have nicely shaped eyebrows too, right. They also say that you need to pluck hairs on the inside eyebrows to create more space in between the eyes and give the illusion of width. Do any shape you want because this part of the eyebrows have great working power with your eyes and face. One more thing, don't have your eyebrows too thin because it will allow more attention to go to for your face shape instead of your eyes.
One more tip, consider your hair style as well. Side swept bangs are great for long faces, short hair, and long hair is okay as long as you have layers.
I hope I helped. If you need more help, you can email me through my profile. ^-^

HELP! I put blush on my face for Halloween, and can't get it off!?
I put some maybelline mousse blush on, and now it wont come off! I tried face cleansers, showered and rinsed my face a ton, everything! What home products can I use to remove it? I don't want to use anything that'll clog my pores, and I don't have makeup remover here.HELP! I put blush on my face for Halloween, and can't get it off!?
Baby oil is the most inexpensive way of removing make up. It won't clog pores because you will wash your face after using it anyway.HELP! I put blush on my face for Halloween, and can't get it off!?
Pretoleum jelly doesn't clog your pores! Just get a washcloth and scrub it off.
Either your screwed or go to the store and get some Noxzema cold cream. Leave on face for 5 mins or until you can't stand it on your face and wash it off.
suave facial astringent gets anything off, and cleans your skin in the process, gets rid of oils and stuff
Try putting some rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and see if that will work.
This may sound absolutely strange--but worked for me once when I was in your shoes ( and desperate).
Use plain old oatmeal ( yep, from the kitchen) and add just enough water to make it a thick paste; scrub away using water as hot as you can stand it.
Then wash your face again with baby shampoo, hot water, cold rinse.
Good luck!!!!
Petrolium jelly might be the only thing that works in the end. Try Noxzema or another cold cream. Put it on thickly and leave it on for at least 5 minutes, then wipe off gently. If that doesn't work, you might have to go with baby oil or Vaseline. Just wash it off good. What's worse, wearing blush for a week or taking a chance that you might break out?
Use peanut butter, rub it in and rinse it off.
makeup remover?
Jojoba oil works great to remove makeup. Its the closest oil from nature to our own skins natural oils. Its non-comodegenic (wont clog pores) and keeps your skin moisturized without being too over-bearing. My favorite is Aveda's Beautifying oil. You can also get generic jojoba at natural health-food stores and beauty supply stores. Its also great for the hair and scalp!!
LMFAO.

I blush/get red face ALOT?
ok, so i get a red face pretty much whenever im in public or even if it's a little bit hot out. It really annoys me, and on top of it i blush easily. So i have a really red face alot and it annoys me and embarrases me. I used to drink ALOT of soda each day for about 2 years. I was wondering if it may have something to do with that now that ive been recently trying to get off of it or something. Or if i drink more water will that maybe make me not blush/get red face as much? does anyone else have a similiar problem at all?I blush/get red face ALOT?
First off soda isn't that great for you and you should replace all that soda with water. Water is key to a beautiful compexion as well as keeping your face clean and getting the right nutrition as well as vitamins. However, i don't think soda and blushing are connected. If it bothers you alot many skin care lines have anti red cream that gets rid of redness. You can also buy a foundation/ powder that gets rid of redness.I blush/get red face ALOT?
um, well the soda has nothing to do with blushing(sorry). i think your problem is, is that your not confident enough or believe in your self or your every shy. you blush because thats just the way your skin is, try getting a tan. or when ever you feel like your about to blush, try to think about something else. i used to blush, once in a while, and now i dont because im more confident.

I blush SO EASILY! (face gets all red) why? how to stop it?
im kind of a nervous person, and ive just gotten the courage to talk to this guy i like. but right after i talked to him for like a second me friend comes running up to me saying ';OMG WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR FACE! YOU LOOK LIKE YOUR GUNNA EXPLODE!'; and noe everytime i talk to people who im not used to seeing i always ask my friend if im red and shes ALWAYS says yes.
how do i minamize the blushing redness? :/
THANKS! :)I blush SO EASILY! (face gets all red) why? how to stop it?
You have rosacea prone skin. This means that you likely have pale skin and/or capillaries and vessels close to your skin. When you are nervous, blood rushes to these areas which are close to the skin causing redness. People with this often develop rosacea as they age (but not always) which is reddened skin of the face that flushes easily with an acne like appearance. Eating healthy foods, avoiding harsh facial products, and avoiding make-up overload will help you to avoid this. I agree with one answerer to splash your face with cool water. This will help shrink the capillaries to decrease redness. Do not overdress in the summer and try to stay cool. Purchase some pure witch hazel and blot over your face with a cotton ball as an astringent/toner daily and as needed. Witch hazel has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties and will also be very helpful.I blush SO EASILY! (face gets all red) why? how to stop it?
I used to go through this, too. Make sure your face is really well moisturized and you use plenty of chapstick. Avoid moisturizers that are for clearing skin because they will irritate it and make blushing worse. Drink a lot of water (cold, not iced) and peppermint tea helps, too. Avoid caffeine, spicy foods and cinnamon. And remember to breathe always, especially when you're nervous. It also helps blushing if you exercise regularly. Physician's Formula has a green face powder that reduces redness. Lastly just remember people don't expect much of you. They're mainly focused on themselves. Good luck.
Don't worry, this is fairly common; I even have it. Anyways, the main reason we blush is because of the excellent blood flow we blushers have, meaning if you distract the rush of blood to some other body part, then it will help. At least this is my opinion, I read somewhere that if you press your stomach forward (not too much, you don't want to look pregnant... and if you are then you don't want to hurt your back). Another thing you can do is to not think about it, part of the reason we blush is because of emotions or stress so if you relax it really helps Hmmmm, oh! I know, you can also watch out because heat just worsens the blushes so if anything take off your jacket if you are wearing one. Okay, that's all of my tips so far, hope this helps! =D
mineral powder.
I wear it almost everyday cause i have naturally reddish pink cheeks all the time, and it just looks liek i am wearing blush
hope this helped
and i use clinique cause it is actually better for your skin than most brands because other ones like MAC cause your skin to break out which is what I was using before. so get clinique or something that uses all natural ingredients/mineral powder

i get this my nan calls it the english rose complexion!
they sell green corrective cream in boots you wear it underneath your make up, the green colour counteracts the redness :)
ps: a pink flush it quite cute!
My sister had the same problem for about a year.
first of all dont think about it.
that will not help at all.
carry a compact mirror and everytime you feel your blushing put a little bit of powder on.
Splash cold water in your face and take a few deep breaths. Also try the link I gave you, they work pretty well, i use them occassionally.
try putting powder on your face thats the color of your skin like foundation or something. see if that works.

How do you apply blush to a long face to make it look fatter and wider?
The best placement is low and wide on your cheeks. Smile to find the natural apples of your cheek. Then apply 2'; blush circles a little off center from them. Your blush circles will be a little lower and a little closer to your ears. Check out photos of Sarah Jessica Parker to see what I mean. How do you apply blush to a long face to make it look fatter and wider?
Don't put it on your cheek bones, just your cheeks.

Who sells the best face primer and / or BLUSH?
the best facial primer?
the best blush? sold by whom or sold where? =)Who sells the best face primer and / or BLUSH?
NAPOLEON AUTO PILOT PRIMER..
SOOO GOOD.. %26amp; SMELLS SO YUMMI!!
BLUSH- NAPOLEON AGAIN..
OR YOU COULD ALWAYS TRY MAC
EXPENSIVE BUT WELL WORTH IT FOR LOOKIN' DAT GOOD.
Who sells the best face primer and / or BLUSH?
For primer, I use MAC's Prep + Prime Face (I've tried a number of others, but found this one to be the best. I thought others were greasy, this was light and did a great job.)
Blushes, I like either MAC's Mineralize Blushes (favorites are Warm Soul - can also be used like a bronzer, and Dainty) or NARS Blushes (favorites are Orgasm and Albatross - more of a highlighter).
MAC is available at counters (Macy's and Nordstroms) or MAC stores.
NARS is available online or at Sephora stores/website.
Hope that helps! Good luck :)
Depends, because different people prefer different products from different stores =]
I, myself love MAC for foundation and blush because its so beautiful and makes your skin look flawless!
There are also a range of different shades for your skin type!
Go there and have a makeover, you'll see how awesome it truly is!
Hi,
The two most important women in my life, my mom and my wife :) use:
Anna Sui (my wife) - and she loves it. She's been using it for quite a while now and wouldn't change to anything else.
Estee Lauder (my mom) - I bought it for her for X-mas quite a few years ago and since then she always asks me to get her one once the old one finishes.
I would say they both are quality primers and it really depends on us which we choose. I would recommend one of them.
Martin
The best primer I've found is Smashbox photo finish and I like Bare Escentuals blush, you can find both at Sephora, Ulta, or Nordstrom.
MAC all the way :)

Should someone be allowed euthanasia if they have a condition where their face turns crimson from blushing,?
which gives the appearance of laughing, resulting in them being beaten up and threatened almost every day by other people who think they are laughing at them.Should someone be allowed euthanasia if they have a condition where their face turns crimson from blushing,?
Frankly, I don't care. I mean, hey, suicide isn't the answer for me but maybe it is for you. People that pose this type of straw man to argue against euthenasia are free to euthenize themselves if they think it's a good idea. I suspect most people with the option of euthenasia would use it responsibly and those that don't really aren't a risk to ME or anybody else - only they suffer.Should someone be allowed euthanasia if they have a condition where their face turns crimson from blushing,?
Blushing red isn't necessarily laughing at anybody. It could be your blood pressure, bashfulness, or just natural that you turn florid.
Who is that interprets that you are laughing at them. It's their problem not yours. But you have to defend yourself and explain to them that you are not laughing at them. Euthanasia is definately not required.
There are medical solutions to blushing problems if its so bad that the person considers euthanasia. Deciding to die over it is a bit extreme, they should at least have counselling.
It sounds like there are other problems here though, since when does blushing make you look like you are laughing at people? This is weird.
Also an able bodied person always has the option of suicide, they don't need help with dying - i.e euthanasia.
Euthanasia isn't even morally right, so any reason for murdering a person who is helpless for their condition should be outlawed.
(Hello! When you are old do you want your kids to kill you because they don't want to pay money to take care of you? Just saying for those who think euthanansia is ok.)
No. Just, no.
Euthanasia is a serious emotional process, and should only be allowed in very -serious- conditions. Like disabled (mental or physically) not to do with blushing.
No, they should probably just wear makeup or try some medication that stops the blood vessels in the face from dilating.
I would say that euthanasia should only be used in special circumstances, like idiocy.
ABSOLUTELY NOT.
No, sorry. That's not a legitimate reason.

Why do soem people's faces blush after strenous exercise?
i've noticed a couple of new girls in my spinning class get all blushed after a hard intensity workout? What's the reason they get blushed as opposed to the ';senior'; riders? Does it have to do with fitness level? Why do soem people's faces blush after strenous exercise?
It's all just a matter of our bodies %26amp; hearts and how they react to exercise. Sometimes it has to do with fitness level, like you said. For example - the ';senior'; riders have been spinning for a while so their heart doesn't ';think'; it's as hard as some of the begginers. Other times, it's just a coincidence.... I've been exercising for years and my face turns a bright red when I do cardio. It's like how some people get embarassed and their faces turn red and some people don't blush at all.

Nw who ya blushin' for eereeehhhhh???? lol, jkjkHow can you tell if you are blushing with redness on your face?
you'll feel nervous %26amp; a flush of heat rising up to your face, it's the blood that causes the blushing. same like when someone gets very angry, their face turn red but they're not nervous.
When you begin to blush the best way to know it is you can feel it your face gets very hot.
and yes people can definitely see it.
If your cheeks feel hot[you should be able to feel it without touching them] or your sweating your probably blushing.
You probably get this feeling that your turning warmer, that usually means your blushing!
you feel extremely hot! this always happens when someone cute is talking to me...

Okay blush all over face?
theres this black girl and she says she wears blush all over her face for foundation.and she actually looks good.how is that possible????Okay blush all over face?
Not as noticable on her since she has a darker complexion. They also say that blush helps fight against shininess!!!Okay blush all over face?
Maybe it's the shimmer of the blush, but keep in mind blush comes in ALL shades of brown. Commonly it's thought of as red, but it's actually not. It ranges from dark tope, bronzer, to nude, natural, blush, rouge. Just gotta find your shade!
well being that she's brown skinned, yea she can, but if u have white skin, u will look like bozo
many black ppl have reddish undertones, unless they are light skinned hun
lmao wierd

i keep it simple.
mascara, eyeliner, and a little bit of blush.
i have oily skin so an hour or so after i put on blush it starts to fade.
what can i put on before i put on blush so it lasts longer?
i love my blush so im not planning on buying a longer lasting one.
thanks in advance. :]What can i put on my face so my blush stays?
try some Face PrimerWhat can i put on my face so my blush stays?
This has already been mentioned, but I think I'll go into a little more detail. Using a Face Primer is a great idea. Several companies carry Face Primers, From ULTA Which can be found here http://www.ulta.com/ulta/ , And of course Mac also carries some broken up into sections (For example some specifically for Eyes, Face, and Lips.) Which can be found at http://www.maccosmetics.com .
These brands tend to be a bit pricey. With a little shopping around, I'm sure you can find a good Face Primer at a price your comfortable with.
Good luck.
Your skin produces natural oils as a form of it's own moisturizer.
This means your skin is lacking moisture.
Apply lotion once a day, after you take off your makeup would probably work best.
This way, your skin stops feeling the need to produce it's own moisture.
I use Victoria's Secret Love Spell lotion, just cause it smells good.
Any lotion will work.
Do you use a cream blush or powder blush? If you have oily skin, you should stick to a powder type blush. Maybe dust your face lightly with some translucent finishing powder all over your face first, then put on the powder blush. That should make your blush last longer.

My face blushes totally red all the time!!!!!what do i do?
when i see my crush, i blush
when im uncomfortable, i blush
when im doing a presentation, i blush
maybe lack of confidence?
what should i do to avoid blushing? My face blushes totally red all the time!!!!!what do i do?
There isn't much you can do to avoid blushing, except trying to avoid situations which you know will make you blush, but there are ways to cover the blush. Try wearing some foundation, which will not only even out your skin tone, but will also cover up some of the redness from blushing. My face blushes totally red all the time!!!!!what do i do?
Turning red excessively could be due to a skin condition called Rosacea. If you really feel uncomfortable and the flushing is mainly concentrated on your cheeks and nose area, you might want to have a skin professional take a look at it.
My sister has it and she looks like Rudolph when she gets near the sun or gets aggravated.
Just tell em that it's make-up haha.
I wear blush all the time lol. I think a natural blush is cute. Nothing's wrong with blushing.

omigosh! me too! just use make up.

Why does the face turn red when we blush/feel embarassed?
just curiousWhy does the face turn red when we blush/feel embarassed?
Basically, your cheeks turn red when you are embarrassed is the blood vessels. It could be your whole face. Some people just blush and their whole face turns red. But the blood vessels near the surface of the skin will open up. It's just a response that we have to like an embarrassment because our bodies are set up for either fighting or getting away from a situation that is dangerous. Well an embarrassing situation is in that line and it causes our blood vessels to open up. Blood flows through them: makes the skin red and that's where our blush comes from. Why does the face turn red when we blush/feel embarassed?
The capillaries in your face are different from others in our body. When you get nervous or embarrassed your heart tends to speed up a little. The capillaries in your face are wider and closer to the surface of your skin. Thus, when your heart speeds up it all rushes to your face and is more visible.

I have a pale face and i really don't blush a lot?
i like my light skin color but the problem is that i don't have pink cheeks/blush on my cheeks and so it looks dull.
does anyone have suggestions??I have a pale face and i really don't blush a lot?
if you want to add some colour to your face you should try eating lots of fruit and veggies, drinking lots of water, and maybe taking a dietary supplement, like vitamin C.

Any way to avoid face blushing?
My face seems to blush frequently. It is VERY noticeable because of my pale skin. It happens frequently for no reason whatsoever. I am not hot, embarrassed, etc. (It does blush when I am hot and embarrassed too)
Is there any way to possible avoid this(like a pill or something) other than avoiding situations like these. It's mere impossible to avoid them. Thank you!Any way to avoid face blushing?

This may be a small case of the curse of the celts. You saying that you are of a light tone led me to the thought that it is likely you have a subtype of Rosacea (sounds like rose-a-sha). On the Wiki page I gave you, it suggests a possible ways to help prevent it by using certain types of sunscreens and watching out for conditions that can trigger it (yeah, I know nearly impossible, right?). Great news: a dermatologist can help. I don't know exactly what they would do for your type (I'm speaking of whether or not they would give you a pill or a lotion), however, definitely see your dermatologist. It's not worth not going. Make sure that when you visit your dermatologist you tell her/him why you think you have the condition, all of you symptoms, and that you have noticed that they match up with the symptoms of Roseaca. I hope this helps and good luck.

What shade of blush can i use to make my face look slimmer, with dark hair, and fair skin?
Blush is bad to make face skinny.
You need a matte bronzer. Apply it on your temples, and do like that fish lips face, it goes in the hollows of your cheeks.. so like under where blusher goes. Loreal makeup website has a good tutorial on ';contouring';What shade of blush can i use to make my face look slimmer, with dark hair, and fair skin?
Stick with light-colored mauves, apricots, and peaches. Put the blush more to the side of the cheeks. Putting it on the apple of the cheeks makes the face look fuller. What shade of blush can i use to make my face look slimmer, with dark hair, and fair skin?
What i use that is the best is Avon, heres a real good site www.youravon.com/wrustin just look for their blush i love it!!
it's not the shade that makes your face slimmer
it's the way you apply it
smile and brush upwards from your cheeks to your temple
that way it slims down your face
I totally agree with LeeZ..
Get a mirror %26amp; do the fisshy face..

%26amp; apply it on the cheeck bone, a bronzer though cause blush makes your face round though for some reason.
Theres a lot of different color of Bronzers but theyre all in the BROWn family...
hope it helped
I'm the same.
I use a dark rose colour.
I have dark hair and fair skin, and I either use a bronzer (as suggested above) or a peachy color...I avoid pink but that's just my skin tone. Go to a makeup counter some random day and ask them to do your make up (tell them what you're looking for). They'll try to sell you the makeup, but if you ask them to write it down and tell them you'll be back when you're ready to buy, they'll happily do it for free!
With fair skin, cosmetologists suggest rosey blushes, that will accent your cheeks.

Girls, what MAC blush would look good on my face?

Doesn't have to be mac...could be any color or brand. be specific
I kinda like to be tan so I use nc39Girls, what MAC blush would look good on my face?
Peachy Keen
Dolly Mix
Coppertone
Also the warm soul mineralize blush.
You are very pretty! :)
Something that would complement your blue eyes would be something like rice paper, woodwinked, then a highlight like naked lunch or shroom. OR the pigment vanilla. That is good too. Then get a good peachy pink lipgloss like love nectar or love knot, or the turkish delight from nars.
You can add a similar lip stick underneath, then just blot it on your lips, don't smear..it seems that when I do this it kind of plumps my lip and preps it for lipgloss application. Also a nice bronzer would be good too.
Wow, I saw all your other questions. Seriously, stop fishing for compliments.Girls, what MAC blush would look good on my face?
I would just go to target and get a bronzer. i like wet n wild. you can find the one that matches you skin tone and if you like being super tan you can go one skin tone higher. but make sure you put it below your cheek bone and blend it so you dont have a make up line.
MAC's sheer tone blush in peaches would look so great on you.
I would recommend going for more natural peachy colours rather than pinks because of your lovely skin tone.
Good luck :)
Go to your local M鈥鈥 counter, they are professionals and ask them to find the right blush for you. Hope i helped ya out :)
NATURAL colors, browns, pinks.
or put a lil blue on your eyelid to make your eyes POP

Why does your face go red when you blush?
As part of the “fight or flight” response when we are exposed to environmental or emotional stimuli, the body responds via the sympathetic nervous system. This causes the widening of small blood vessels (capillaries) just beneath the surface of the skin, hence blushing occurs. Why does your face go red when you blush?
Hormones make your heartbeat rise more blood gets transported through the bloodvessels in your face therefore you end up looking like a Tomato with ears! Why does your face go red when you blush?

If you mean natural red cheeks. Yes it is visible and the fake tan and heavy makeup doesn't look very good try to just use a little bronzer to help.

you can go for a few looks with that.
you can go really dramatic with bright red lips, some pale pink blush and champaign eyeshadow, or you can do something cool like blue and green eyeshadow, very pale pink lips, and a sparkle of bronzer.
light blush! u dont wana look like u have any on
uum.. i guess you could try brown liners or maybe a purple. i would stay away from black tho unless u want to be really REALLY dramatic
hope it helps
A very very light pink (rose?) blush. also a blue or black eyeliner would look pretty. Turqouise or Aqua eyeshadow would be complimenting. Also pink. :) Hope this helps! :)

Why do i feel nervous all day long, my face starts blushing and my lower mouth tenses up?
It is ruining my life and I don't know why I am feeling all of thisWhy do i feel nervous all day long, my face starts blushing and my lower mouth tenses up?
sounds like you have an anxiety disorder perhaps. if this is the case please really understand that you're not alone. please think about talking to someone about it because you already feel that it is ruining your life. it doesn't have to. if you feel anxious try doing some meditation/deep breathing and excercise. there are a great many natural remedies for anxiety ... please consider medication as an absolute last resort because it will only mask whatever is going on inside that is causing it.
good luck! Why do i feel nervous all day long, my face starts blushing and my lower mouth tenses up?
I think it has something to do with your blood pressure when you get nervous. You might have an anxiety disorder. Do you know what triggers these symtoms?

Im going to wallgreens(or cvs). Why type of blush or bronzer do I buy to contour my face?
???
How do I know what to buyIm going to wallgreens(or cvs). Why type of blush or bronzer do I buy to contour my face?
any light bronzer brushed on lightly on your check bones will contour your face nicely but if you dont want to pay an arm and a leg for bronzer which it is expensive go to eyeslipsface.com and get some of the healthy glow bronzer they have. it is $1 and it works wonderfully!! I get the sun kissed and it gives my face a warm healthy glow that allows you not to worry about small imperfections. Hope this helps! :)

What blush do you use? and how long does it last on your face?
I need a GOOOOOD blush girls.... something that will last all day. What should i get? and it has to be something I can grab from my local department store!!!What blush do you use? and how long does it last on your face?
i use maybeline-
http://www.maybelline.com/Product/Face/B鈥?/a>
its great, i put it on in the morning and it lasts all day i love it, i think you can get it at a local makeup counter, i just get mine at target, walgreens or something like that.
heres a similar question i got best answer on concerning maybeling blush, check it out you may get some good ideas : )What blush do you use? and how long does it last on your face?
U should try maybelline their blush works really good and last all day and u can get it at your local drug store.
I use Benefit Benetint. It's a liquid cheek stain and it lasts all day. It's really good.
I use NARS ';mata hari';. I like it because it stays on for my whole work day (roughly 6 hours) and because its a matte colour, so it doesnt look like I have naything on at all (no little sparkles).
I baught it from sephora, but it was definantely worth the treck to a distant store for it. I've had it for almost 7 months now.
If thats not for you, try going to your local drug store's makeup counter, thy usually have at least one on staff makeup specialist. Just tell her or him what your looking for.
Hope that helps.
Mary Kay has a wonderful blush line that compliments every skin tone, but they don't last as long as a mousse. Try checking out Maybelline dream matte mousse blush. It gives your skin a very nice glow, and stays on.
I use Iman Blushing Powder in Peace
its feels really nice and leaves an awesome shimmer
you can get it at Sephora or an Ulta store of that sort
it last all day and I love the coverage it gives me, but at the end of the day, it seems to dissolve on my skin and it really easy to wash off and leaves your skin feeling great!!!!
I use Covergirl... it stays on all day and can be bought at the drugstore.
Clinique's is THE BEST....get it in the color ';fig'; that goes with everything. Everyone I have recommend it to swear by it and it stays on till you wash it off. Good luck

http://www.coastalscents.com/cfwebstore/鈥?/a>Is this angle blush brush good for face contouring?
Wow, thank you MAC Addict (girl above me) That is actually my video on youtube. I must say coastal scents does have decent brushes but I would look elsewhere. That's just me though lol
You can also buy all the same brushes they have and more on CrownBrush.com The only thing is you have to have a minimum order of 25$ but trust me you will find a heck of a lot of brushes for 25$ So it's totally worth it. :D I would recommend looking up a picture of the MAC 168 and just look around for something that looks like that. About the same shape and size, that brush gives a great contouring effect and it's not too big. :DIs this angle blush brush good for face contouring?
I agree with Jess. You should probably go a bit smaller with the brush, you don't really need a big brush for contouring, you just need any small-ish angled brush.
I also agree that Coastal Scents is overpriced. Their products may seem good, but if you know the truth about their stuff, you might think differently, I recommend you watch this video:

I'm going to help you with your minor problem. First start by using baking soda and a little water and use this to scrub your face clean. If you have some lemons take 2 lemons wash them and cut in half. Put the lemon halves in a blender and blend everything seeds, skin, and the meat of the lemon. when you are done take all of it out of the blender and put in a plastic container and keep in the fridge. You will take this lemon mixture and spread on your face about a tablespoon full and leave on for approx 1 hour everyday or night (when you are not doing anything). Wash off and you will see your scars fade away, smoother softer skin and tight skin. You will love this. This is a natural way of giving yourself a chemical acid peel and it didn't cost you an arm and a leg. Good Luck.
Embarassment does a really good job at that.

Glowy and natural looking face? Mineral Powder, Blush, Bronzer? (which products?)?
I don't know what to use. I want a mineral powder foundation with good coverage but where you can't tell that i've put make-up on.
Also I have a very dull and pale face color. How do you live it up with make-up that doesn't look too make-up-y? Some kind of blush and/or bronzer that gives off a nice, healthy glow-effect?
Thanks for all answers :DGlowy and natural looking face? Mineral Powder, Blush, Bronzer? (which products?)?
First, let me start by addressing your dullness issue. I used to have dull skin, but I revamped my skincare routine, and it is gorgeous now. I wash with a soap free face wash, tone with witch hazel, and finish with Bare Minerals Skin Rev-er Upper and an oil-free moisturizer in the morning. At night, I use the Neutrogena Wave, witch hazel and Neutrogena Intensive Deep Wrinkle Night cream. My skin is very soft, my pores are clean and small, and my wrinkles are almost non-existent!
I also have very pale skin and use Bare Minerals makeup. I love it. It covers everything, creates the clear, dewy skin I want, and use all-over face colors to give myself the look of returning from a relaxing vacation! Warmth and Bare Radiance are my favorites. They bronze and add warmth and a healthy glow. (I only use one at a time though!) My skin doesn't break out anymore, and I always look fresh and glowing throughout my long day. (I work 10 hour days and have many other things to do before and after work.) A little bit of Mineral Veil freshens me up and absorbs oil to reduce shine during the day if I need it.
Good luck and have fun experimenting to find what's right for you!Glowy and natural looking face? Mineral Powder, Blush, Bronzer? (which products?)?
I have tried plenty of products and personally, my favorite has been the mineral products. I really like the Bare Minerals line, but it is quite pricey, so if you don't want to spend that much money, you can also try Maybelline Mineral Powder (They have liquid foundation that blends in great %26amp; also they have the powder). Good Luck!
I too have pale skin and it used to be pretty dull. I have starting using philosophy microdelivery exfoliating cleanse to help with my skin tone. I use Bare Minerals makeup and it works wonders. After applying the powder foundation, I use Warmth (don't let the dark color scare you!) just use a dab and brush in the areas the sun would naturally hit you, then follow with the Mineral Veil. It really brightens the skin for a healthy glow.

Blush make face look wider?
can blush make your face look wider? if so, where exactly do i apply it to make it add width? i have a thin oblong face and want it to look a little wider. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!Blush make face look wider?
blush can make your face look wider, depending on how you apply it. Today blush is applied to the apples of the cheek usually. It's the new pretty thing.
What you will be attempting to do to make your face look wider is give the illusion that your cheeks are where they really aren't.
so instead of applying the blush right on the apples of your cheeks apply it farther away. Apply it more to the outer sides of your face.Blush make face look wider?
When you put on your blush make a fish face, and apply it on the cheekbones, all the way up to your ear. use a dark blush to make your face look wider. Hope i helped! :)
No, blush should be applied to the apple of the cheeks, then a shade darker than your natural skin tone to the contours under them and under the chin and at the hairline.
Hope this helps
Try a cherry or a coral if you are fair skinned,
A berry shade or bronze if dark toned
