THANKS! :)I blush SO EASILY! (face gets all red) why? how to stop it?
You have rosacea prone skin. This means that you likely have pale skin and/or capillaries and vessels close to your skin. When you are nervous, blood rushes to these areas which are close to the skin causing redness. People with this often develop rosacea as they age (but not always) which is reddened skin of the face that flushes easily with an acne like appearance. Eating healthy foods, avoiding harsh facial products, and avoiding make-up overload will help you to avoid this. I agree with one answerer to splash your face with cool water. This will help shrink the capillaries to decrease redness. Do not overdress in the summer and try to stay cool. Purchase some pure witch hazel and blot over your face with a cotton ball as an astringent/toner daily and as needed. Witch hazel has anti-inflammatory and soothing properties and will also be very helpful.I blush SO EASILY! (face gets all red) why? how to stop it?
I used to go through this, too. Make sure your face is really well moisturized and you use plenty of chapstick. Avoid moisturizers that are for clearing skin because they will irritate it and make blushing worse. Drink a lot of water (cold, not iced) and peppermint tea helps, too. Avoid caffeine, spicy foods and cinnamon. And remember to breathe always, especially when you're nervous. It also helps blushing if you exercise regularly. Physician's Formula has a green face powder that reduces redness. Lastly just remember people don't expect much of you. They're mainly focused on themselves. Good luck.
Don't worry, this is fairly common; I even have it. Anyways, the main reason we blush is because of the excellent blood flow we blushers have, meaning if you distract the rush of blood to some other body part, then it will help. At least this is my opinion, I read somewhere that if you press your stomach forward (not too much, you don't want to look pregnant... and if you are then you don't want to hurt your back). Another thing you can do is to not think about it, part of the reason we blush is because of emotions or stress so if you relax it really helps Hmmmm, oh! I know, you can also watch out because heat just worsens the blushes so if anything take off your jacket if you are wearing one. Okay, that's all of my tips so far, hope this helps! =D
mineral powder.

I wear it almost everyday cause i have naturally reddish pink cheeks all the time, and it just looks liek i am wearing blush

hope this helped

and i use clinique cause it is actually better for your skin than most brands because other ones like MAC cause your skin to break out which is what I was using before. so get clinique or something that uses all natural ingredients/mineral powder

i get this my nan calls it the english rose complexion!

they sell green corrective cream in boots you wear it underneath your make up, the green colour counteracts the redness :)

ps: a pink flush it quite cute!
My sister had the same problem for about a year.

first of all dont think about it.

that will not help at all.

carry a compact mirror and everytime you feel your blushing put a little bit of powder on.

Splash cold water in your face and take a few deep breaths. Also try the link I gave you, they work pretty well, i use them occassionally.
try putting powder on your face thats the color of your skin like foundation or something. see if that works.
freakkinnnggg same!

i dunno what the hell is up
