Yes I have. I won't use it because I'm sure it would look good on more tan complexion. If you are darker skinned you can use it as a highlighter with a stippling brush but that's about it. Make up forever are crazy colors but if you can pull it off why not....just like Nars says, ';It's only make up, don't be too serious.'; =)
